I start work at 6:30am this morning so I had to wake up at 4:00 just to have enough time to make lunch, eat breakfast, get ready and drive to work. Its YogaX tonight...wish me luck!
Good luck with Yoga X!! I sweated like crazy when I did it, and all I could do was watch in awe when they did the plough/shoulder thing. LOL. It was crazy, but good.
