Food Journal

Motivation for ab ripperX

I've said this before and I will say it again. I hate ab ripper X......but if I can get a stomach like hers I'm game.  Yoga is tomorrow.... I think I hate yoga more than I hate ab ripper. I CANNOT clear my mind. I try and try and try but no cigar. 

My food journal for today:

Breakfast- 2 pc turkey bacon, one egg, one small banana: 193 cal

Lunch: Ahi, broccolini, red velvet cupcake (office b-day...ugh) - 365 call

Dinner: Italian turkey sandwich - 329 cal

Snacks: Starbucks tall non-fat no whip mocha- 170 cal

Grand total- 1057 Calories

Time to shower and go to bed! Goodnight!
