Sooooooo..... I took the day off of exercising today. Gasp! :) I really feel like I needed to recharge today. I dont want to burn out and I will if I keep on the path that Im on now. I feel like my posts are the same everyday regarding my food blog. 

Breakfast: Frosted flakes

Lunch: A piece of chicken.... pathetic I know

Dinner: 1/2 an egg sandwich and some popcorn

Ugh my stomach hurts now. Shouldnt have ate the popcorn. Plus I had no Go Girls today, I felt like I was going through caffeine withdrawals, not fun. Oh yeah I forgot for a snack I had a mini crunch bar.  Pa-the-tic.
